This website is a product page. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to send (for example: hotel name, room count, contact details, and your message).

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule a demo, and discuss implementation details. We do not sell your information.

Data hosting & GDPR

Welcomr is built for EU customers. When deployed, product data is hosted on EU servers (Frankfurt). We provide DPAs and support GDPR-aligned processes for Dutch and EU requirements.
